SPACE TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION AND INCUBATION CENTRE

Indian Institute of Space science and Technology (IIST), Thiruvananthapuram was set up in 2007 under Department of Space (DoS), Government of India and is a Deemed to be University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 (vide Notification No: 9-16/2007-U3(A) dated 03.07.2008). The institute has a unique mandate of training human resource of the country through Graduate, Post Graduate and Doctoral Programs in areas closely related to Space Science, Space Technology and Space Applications.
