STEPS FOR ADMISSION TO STIIC

Prepare your application for primary residency in the stipulated format

Attach all the supporting documents with the application (get advice from the identified mentor)

Attach the business plan along with the application (the format will guide you)

On submission, you will receive an email for the confirmation of the receipt of your application at STIIC

Your application will undergo an administrative scrutiny for its completeness

Once the application is found complete, it will be passed to Step 2

This is Level 1 review

Your team will be invited for a PITCH Deck presentation

Follow the guidelines for preparing the presentation

Once you clear Level 1 review, the Level 2 review starts

Your business plan will be evaluated by domain experts

Admission to STIIC will be based on the review comments
-
STIIC retains the right to admit the companies to pre-incubation or incubation stage
-
Startup receives Letter of admission to STIIC
-
Process of signing Agreement Deed starts
-
Admission process completed upon signing of Agreement Deed between the startup and STIIC
-
Periodic evaluations of the business progress
Generally, applications in the Discovery phase will be offered admission to the pre-incubation stage and those in the Validation stage onwards will be admitted directly to the Incubation Stage. The progress of the startups will be evaluated half-yearly by the Incubation Cell Monitoring Committee.
Depending on the recommendations from domain experts and the approval from competent authority, the applicant companies may get admitted to STIIC at the Pre-Incubation/Incubation Phase.
